At Belmonte Homestead, every product is handcrafted in small batches using natural, tallow-based ingredients with care and intention. Due to the nature of our offerings, which are considered both food and cosmetic, all tallow-based products are final sale.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds unless there is a clear issue with your order.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at BelmonteFarmAndHomestead@gmail.com within 5 to 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item in question. We will assess the concern and may offer store credit or a replacement item at our discretion.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Each product is handmade in small quantities using only natural ingredients. For safety, hygiene, and quality control, we cannot re-shelve or reuse returned products. This policy allows us to:

Continue crafting clean, small-batch skincare with purpose and care

Warm Weather Shipping

Tallow-based products may melt during warmer seasons. This is normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. However, the whipped texture may collapse during transit, which can reduce volume and change appearance.

We recommend placing your product in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes upon delivery before opening. This helps restore a firmer consistency.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for melted items left outside or in heat.
