Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Purchase Options:

We offer one-time purchase options for all of our handmade tallow-based products. All purchases are made securely through our website at:

www.belmontehomestead.store

All major credit/debit cards are accepted, along with other secure payment methods provided by our checkout platform.


Subscription Services:

At this time, we do not offer recurring subscriptions. All orders must be placed manually through the website.

 

Order Cancellations:

Because our products are made to order and often begin processing quickly:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
  • After this window, your order may have already entered the production or packing phase and cannot be canceled.
  • If you need to request a cancellation within the eligible time frame, email us immediately at belmontefarmandhomestead@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Order Changes:

We are unable to modify orders once placed. If you made an error (such as address or item), contact us within 2 hours, and we will do our best to assist before processing begins.
