Thank you for supporting Belmonte Homestead. We are committed to ensuring your handcrafted order arrives safely and in a timely manner.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you place your order after 3:00 pm on a Thursday, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping the following monday after the weekend.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship using USPS. Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after your order is processed, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, shipping destination, and current carrier rates.
Warm Weather Notice
Our tallow-based products are heat sensitive. Items may melt during transit in warmer months. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product, but it may alter texture or appearance.
If your product arrives softened or melted, place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes before opening.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for melted items.
U.S. Shipping Only
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses and cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Belmonte Homestead is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked “delivered” but not received.
